Can guests check out and check in on the same day?
Yes. Booking periods include the arrival day and exclude the departure day. New guests can arrive that afternoon once the villa has been prepared.
What payment methods are available?
Bank transfer and payment on arrival are available according to the methods enabled by the business. Card payments become available once the bank and payment provider are configured.
When will I receive the villa’s exact address?
The villa location is shown on its listing page. Our team shares detailed arrival and welcome information after your booking.
How do I track my booking?
Once your booking is created, you receive a private tracking link. View your booking status and payment details through this link.
